Went for a second haircut and the hair cutter, Veronica, cut my hair the exact opposite of what i asked for. I will never go back. I had a nice head of hair before she butchered it, cut to less than a quarter inch all over, barely longer than a crew cut. Haven’t had a haircut this bad since I was in the military over 40 years ago. She didn’t see what was wrong with it.

Mandy is one of my favorite stylist there, I always enjoy her cutting my hair.

The service of the employees is excellent! Was disappointed by a store policy that was in conflict with an email. Received a birthday coupon in the mail, it indicates that it can be a screen shot, show the email or printed to receive the $5 off an MVP haircut. However, when I arrived this store has its own policy that they only take a printed coupon. Well I wasn't going to drive all the way home just to save $5! But maybe that is their way of not having to actually honor all of the coupons? The moral to the story is regardless of what the email indicates, if you want to use a coupon at the Cypress store you have to print it out!
